Royal Genealogy: Error Corrections

Konstantin Romanov

Konstantin Romanov is shown with birthdate 1779.His father, Alexander I Romanov, was born 1777. Research on the net seems to indicate that Alexander I Pavlovich Romanov was indeed born 23 December 1777. He married Yelizaveta Alekeyevna who was born 1779. It looks as if Konstantin Romanov's birthdate is therefore a typo, and have set this to 'float'. (This is a feature of Precision Genealogical Tools).

Henry Bouverie William Brand and Henry Robert Brand

Henry Robert Brand is shown as being born 1941. His father, Henry Bouverie William Brand (1814-1892) clearly shows there is an anomaly here. Research indicates that Henry Robert Brand was born 24 December 1841.

Henry Bouverie William Brand is shown to have married twice (1830 and 1924). Again, the 1924 date does not look correct in view of the fact he died in 1892. Research indicates that he did indeed marry twice: 16 April 1838 to Eliza Ellice, and then 14 April 1868 to Susan Henrietta Cavendish. Henry Robert Brand's mother would appear on the face of these findings to be Eliza Ellice.
