You will also be eligible to post your PGT PDF files onto our website if you wish to make your research generally available. Our site can also be used to request help with your research. You may also post adverts for an organisation you are involved with, such as a Family History Society. If you are offering genealogical products or services then these may also be advertised. If you report a bug in the software that has not been previously reported then your free 12 month update period will recommence from the date you reported the bug, and recommence again when the bug is fixed. (Please bear in mind though that bugs to some people are food for others...). Note that adverts must be reconfirmed every 3 months. If updates on the program are not renewed on expiry, then so do the links to your material.

Step 4. On the Registration Panel that appears on running the program, fill out the contact details and press the Register by Email button. An unlock code will be sent to you within 12 hours. Note that in the meantime you will be able to access many of the features of the program.
Step 5. On receiving your unlock key, press the Enter Upgrade Key button, and paste the key into the box provided. Press OK to finish.

Email or send a copy of your data to us, together with the name of the program used to create the tree (Zipped files will regrettably not be accepted). Note that the information you send will be treated in the utmost confidence: the conversion will take place in-house and we will delete both your original and the converted files upon receiving your acknowledgement that the conversion was successful.
